Rob Bos (they/them) is an independent artist manager from the San Francisco Bay Area in California. Rob has been a music lover since first playing the trumpet in 4th grade. Rob went to University of the Pacific from 2013-2017. Here, they studied Arts & Entertainment Management and first started booking and facilitating events. Through connections made in undergrad, Rob started privately managing artists once they graduated in 2017. Since then, Rob has grown Bos Management into a profitable company that works with over 5 artists, including award-winning singer-songwriter Ryan Cassata.​
